Reiki courses are available throughout the year, next dates and fees (per person) as follows:
All courses run between 10am and 5pm each day. Some are held at The Therapy Centre, some at alternative venues within Berkshire, depending on costs and availability.
Introductory and Practitioner practices are taught in small groups (under ten, usually no more than six), Master/Teacher level is taught one-to-one. At least a six-month period of practice is required between Initiate course and day one of Practitioner course, then six months between days one and two of Practitioner course and one year between completion of Practitioner course and attendance at Master/Teacher course. These periods are used to strengthen and develop Reiki practice at Initiate and Practitioner levels, to complete case studies at Practitioner Level and to acquire relevant experience overall.

All courses are certified by myself and
your Practitioner/Master skills are privately insurable for use with your clients (guidance given on this).
Individual sessions in simple mantra meditation, which can be completed in an approximately 90-minute session to get you started with a simple, relaxation-based, meditation practice.
